The METIS project invites all stakeholders from the industry and education/ training to participate in the Microelectronics Skills Survey!

The aim of the survey is to define the jobs of the future, and highlight mismatches between the industry needs and the current educational provision. The results of the survey will feed into the METIS Skills Strategy, a large evidence-based research that will present the current challenges for the employers, assess the skills supply and provide an Action Plan with measures to bridge the skills gap in microelectronics.
