METIS was featured at the 46th International Spring Seminar on Electronics Technology, organized by the Polytechnic University of Timisoara, and held between 10 and 14 May, 2023.

The International Spring Seminar on Electronics Technology (ISSE) is the IEEE-EPS flagship conference for young scientists providing a forum for exchanging information between senior and young scientists and electronics industries from around the world. Topics include experimental and theoretical work and teaching methodologies in the widespread field of electronics and micro/nanoelectronics technology, electronics manufacturing, electronics packaging, and advanced research.

Based on a combination of oral and poster presentations and individual meetings, professors, industrial participants, students, and senior or junior researchers come together in a unique forum to discuss scientific and educational topics and organize international cooperation in a convenient atmosphere during the conference days.

115 participants from 14 countries attended ISSE2023. During the event, METIS flyers were distributed, and a poster was exhibited, to raise the awareness of participating universities and industrial representatives about the project results.
